Dufaylite impact buffers are manufactured from high compression paper honeycomb, faced with smooth outers to form a highly effective "cushion" against impact.

These protective buffers are simple yet extremely versatile in performance, being suitable for many different tasks from outer protection for non-packaged items to strengthening cartons.

Used horizontally at the top or bottom of a slack, Dufaylite buffers provide a protective and pressure absorbent layer which safeguards goods from dents, scratches and damage during forklift struck manoeuvring. When placed vertically between non-packaged goods, Dufaylite buffers absorb compression between columns and provide much greater stack stability.

Dufaylite buffers are ideal for separating and protecting layers in-carton as well as providing extra strength to the outer. They are strong, lightweight and available in a range of standard sizes and formats to suit virtually any kind of product, either during transit or in storage.
