Weight spreader boards, using our honeycomb board

Diffusing up to 25 tonnes of distributed load

Dufaylite weight spreader boards are lightweight boards manufactured from small cell, high compression honeycomb faced with recycled paper, and are used to absorb significant load pressure and to protect goods in store or in transit.

These unique weight spreader boards are capable of supporting up to 25 tonnes per square metre, allowing more efficient stacking heights for storage and transportation. When in place, Dufaylite weight spreaders protect products against damage from above and below.

Dufaylite weight spreader boards come in a range of standard sizes and formats with differing load factors to suit virtually all types of application. They can be specified with predetermined cut-outs and unusual apertures to hold non packaged items securely and simultaneously provide a flat surface for easy stacking.

  • Other sizes:
  • Length up to 3000mm
  • Width up to 1500mm
  • Depth of pad up to 100mm (to order)

Customers may select from numerous different combinations to achieve the particular level of strength required.
